Guide
What is the image caption generator?
The image caption generator turns one uploaded image and a few campaign settings into three distinct, copy-ready social media captions. It adapts the writing to Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, or general social use and can write in 17 output languages. Each generation costs 3 credits on a paid plan or 20 credits on the free plan. The image is stored in private workspace storage because the AI processes it on the server.
When it comes in handy
- Turning a product, event, team, or workplace photo into usable social copy.
- Preparing different angles for the same image without rewriting one caption repeatedly.
- Adapting a visual for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, or a portable general post.
- Giving sales teams a starting point for customer stories, announcements, and event follow-ups.
- Creating localized caption drafts for international campaigns in any of 17 output languages.
How to use
- Upload one PNG, JPEG, or WebP image. You can also take a photo from a supported mobile device.
- Choose the platform, objective, and tone that match the planned post.
- Add context, the intended audience, and an exact call to action when the image cannot communicate those facts.
- Select the emoji level, hashtag level, and output language, then generate the three options.
- Compare each option with the source image, verify facts and rights, and copy or download the Markdown you want to edit.
Example input: a photo of a new bag of drip coffee, platform Instagram, objective Product or service promotion, tone Friendly, audience Busy office workers, call to action See the details from the link in our profile, light emoji, and focused hashtags.
Example output: one direct product caption, one scene-driven caption about a morning coffee moment, and one action-driven caption using the supplied profile call to action. The result includes a separate block of relevant hashtag ideas without inventing a price, discount, or product feature.
Notes
- Images are uploaded to private workspace storage for server-side AI processing and remain available with the result in run history. They are not published through a public image URL.
- PNG, JPEG, and WebP files up to 10MB are supported. Large images are reduced in the browser to a maximum long edge of 2048 pixels before processing when possible.
- The tool does not research live trends, current platform algorithms, popular posts, or hashtag volume. It does not promise reach, engagement, traffic, or sales.
- AI cannot verify facts hidden behind an image. Check names, product claims, prices, dates, locations, links, and the call to action before publishing.
- Confirm that you have the rights to use the image and any necessary permission from people shown. This tool creates social copy, not accessibility alt text.
- Preview the final layout with Social post preview, explore tags with Social hashtag generator, prepare dimensions with Resize an image for social media, and remove camera metadata with Remove image EXIF data.
