Privacy Policy

Unbounded Pioneering Inc. ("Unbounded Pioneering", "we", "us", or "our") provides the Timothe AI platform, Tools by Timothe AI, and related websites and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

For users in Japan, our Japanese-language privacy policy is also available. This document is drafted in English; translations into other languages are provided for convenience only, and the English version prevails.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — such as your name, email address, and profile image, when you create an account or are invited to a workspace.
  • Content you provide — materials, text, settings, prompts, and other content you upload to or enter into the Services.
  • End-user interaction data — when visitors interact with AI experiences operated by our customers (for example, an AI portal on a customer's website), we process conversation logs, contact details the visitor chooses to provide, access logs, and device information on behalf of that customer.
  • Usage data — how you use the Services, including pages visited, features used, IP address, browser and OS information, and cookies.
  • Billing information — if you make a purchase, payment is handled by our payment processors; we receive limited billing details and do not store your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage accounts and workspaces;
  • respond to inquiries and provide support;
  • monitor for fraud and abuse and keep the Services secure;
  • send service-related notices and, where permitted, marketing communications; and
  • analyze usage and optimize our websites and advertising.

3. AI and Your Data

We do not use your content, prompts, or conversation logs to train AI models, and our agreements with the AI providers we use prohibit them from doing so. Conversation logs and other end-user interaction data are used only to provide the Services to the relevant customer, not for our own independent purposes.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies on our websites. Information such as cookies, IP address, usage data, and device information may be sent to the following providers:

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • with the subprocessors we use to operate the Services;
  • when required by law or valid legal process;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business; or
  • with your consent.

6. International Data Transfers

We are based in Japan. Information is processed in Japan and in other countries where our subprocessors operate, including the United States.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described above. When a contract or account is terminated, we delete the associated content and data within 90 days, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 11; we will respond as required by applicable law.

If your information was collected through an AI experience operated by one of our customers, please contact that customer first; we will assist them in responding to your request.

We protect information through organizational, personnel, and technical safeguards, as described in our Information Security Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice.
