What is this sales pipeline calculator?

A free, browser-based calculator that turns your revenue target, win rate, average deal size, and sales-cycle length into the pipeline you need open now to hit the target. It shows the required pipeline value, the coverage ratio, and the number of open deals — each with the exact formula beside it. Everything runs locally in your browser, so your numbers are never uploaded.

The formulas

  • Required pipeline value = Target ÷ Win rate (a 25% win rate needs 4× the target).
  • Pipeline coverage ratio = Required pipeline ÷ Target = 1 ÷ Win rate.
  • Required open deals = Required pipeline ÷ Average deal size.
  • Sales-cycle length frames the deadline: a deal opened today closes about one cycle from now, so the pipeline must already be open today.

How to use it

  1. Enter your revenue target, win rate (%), average deal size, and sales-cycle length on the left.
  2. Read the required pipeline value, coverage ratio, and open-deal count on the right — each shows the formula used.
